Order Info
Production Time:
Upon receipt of your order, production time is approximately 15 working days after all final approvals. Additional time may be necessary if proofs are required. Price and delivery will be confirmed within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Contact customer service at once if there are any discrepancies in the acknowledgement of your order.
Confirmation of Orders:
All orders must be approved in writing.
Overruns:
All attempts to meet the quantity ordered will be made however we reserve the right to ship 10% over or under the amount ordered. The customer will be billed accordingly.
Order cancellation:
Plastiseal Inc. must be notified prior to work beginning for full order cancellation. In the case where production has begun the customer will be billed for the work done to date at the time of cancellation. There is a minimum cancellation charge of $50.
Shipping & Handling:
All shipments are F.O.B. factory.
Most orders are shipped prepaid by common carrier trucks unless otherwise specified. We will select the transport carrier unless we are given specific instructions. We cannot be held responsible for arrival date of shipment although we try to expedite as quickly as possible.
Freight Claims:
All orders should be verified upon arrival. In the event of loss or damage, the liability is the responsibility of the carrier. A claim must be filed with us within 10 days in order for the freight company to be notified without delay. We will cooperate with all customers to quickly resolve any claims.
Artwork:
Prices are based on approval of furnished artwork in file ready format. Contact customer service for any concerns.
Artwork & Copy Error:
Customer-submitted artwork is reviewed prior to production and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. We are not liable for customer submitted or customer-approved errors which inadvertently occur in the final product. For this reason all artwork must be customer approved.
Rush Charges:
Please contact customer service for pricing & delivery on rush orders.
Promotional Rights:
We reserve the right to use any of our products in our advertising unless specified by the customer in writing at the time of the order.
Payment:
Payment for all orders is as follows: 50% upon ordering and 50% upon shipment. Billing for the cost of freight and overruns will be included in the shipping invoice amount. Plastiseal Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash payment and checks which are received prior to shipment.
